Planning

Our planning stage involves assessing the current and future traffic patterns and performing a cost-benefit study to ensure the road will serve its purpose.

Setting Out

Our setting out process involves the transferring of design proposals from drawings to the ground. It demarcates site boundaries, foundations, and other necessary structural parts.

Earthworks

Earthworks process encompasses a comprehensive series of steps aimed at transforming the natural terrain into a stable and durable foundation capable of supporting the intended road infrastructure. It begins with vegetation and obstacles clearing to make way for subsequent construction activities. Excavation follows involving the careful removal of unsuitable materials to establish a level surface for the roadbed.

Paving

Our paving process typically follows earthworks, which prepared the roadbed. it begins once the subgrade has been prepared and drainage systems fitted. This process involves laying down asphalt to create a smooth, durable surface for vehicles. We posses specialized equipment for heating the asphalt (concrete) mixture, it is then transported to the site, and then spread and compacted.
